A Continuum of Care (CoC) is a regional or local planning body that coordinates housing and services funding for homeless families and individuals. Under U.S. Law, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds most homeless services housing providers, through such CoC organizations.
The legal name of the CoC for Dallas and Collin Counties is TX-600 – Dallas City & County/Irving CoC. MDHA is the designated lead agency for the CoC organization. |
