Description JAH'S HEART is a fiscally sponsored 501(c)(3) program of United Charitable, our mission is to provide resources, tools and services for caregivers that are designed to maintain their quality of life as they care for their loved ones. As the needs of caregivers vary, so does our services. We also currently have a "Care2Share" program where we go into the chemotherapy clinics and radiation clinics to provide items deemed essential to the daily routine of caregivers and their patients. We also offer a bed and breakfast getaway weekend for caregivers facing burnout. There are other programs in development. Our program intends to assist caregivers based on needs and as listed on our caregiver survey, which can be completed at our website at www.jahsheart.org or send an email to info@jahsheart.org for additional information.
