Description Eyeglass program for persons unable to get help through other agencies. Adults who need eyeglasses MUST be referred by a caseworker from a licensed agency who is familiar with the clients situation and can document the need. Children who need eyeglasses are referred by their school nurse. Assists Transplant Services in promotion ad education involving skin, bone and other tissue banking and transplantation.
