Description Basic healthcare for patients living in northern Collin County who have no insurance and qualify financially. Translators available for Spanish speaking patients. Adults are by appointment only. New patients must call on Tuesday morning 9 am - 12 pm to determine eligibility. Children with no insurance are seen on Tuesday evenings at 5 pm on a walk-in, first come, first serve basis.
