The Assistance Center of Collin County (ACCC) provides information about and referrals to social services for residents of Collin County. Maintains Collin County Cares -- A Directory of Human Services Connecting People and Their Needs. State designated I&R Community Information Center in Collin County.The ACCC also provides emergency financial assistance (rent & utilities) for individuals and families facing crisis situations within the Plano ISD boundaries and the cities of Wylie and Murphy. Additionally, ACCC offers food, clothing and seasonal programs such as school supplies, Thanksgiving meals, and Christmas gifts through partnerships with area agencies and churches to qualified households in the Plano ISD boundaries only.
